RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We make it easy for you to try — and fall in love with — Math Proud.

All socks and underwear purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sanitary reasons. However, if you have any issue with your sock or underwear purchase, please reach out to us at care@mathproud.com so we can find a solution for you.

You can return or exchange all other clothing purchased directly from mathproud.com as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition in which it was delivered. We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange for any reason within 90 days from the shipping date.

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability, and a refund will be processed if the product you requested is unavailable. Final Sale items can't be returned or exchanged. Shipping costs on the original order (including duties and taxes) are not refundable.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item arrives at our warehouse.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method on the order, which may include gift cards if one was used. 

 

Once you start a return or exchange, please note you have 28 days to ship the item back to us before the request expires.
