WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Many of our products ship the same day or in two business days. Any other product that is not in that time window will take 10-12 business days to ship.
Each product page will clearly state the shipping times.
Same-day shipping: If you order by 2 pm EST on a business day, we ship your item to you that same day. All orders after 2pm will ship the next day.

DO YOU DO ALL YOUR DESIGNS?
All our product designs are done in-house by our founder Denzil. We do not buy or copy designs.
This is very important to us. When someone buys one of our products, we want them to know they are getting a math proud original design.
DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
We only operate online so we can be everywhere that you are. We may change our minds in the future or run some pop-up shops, so we will let you know about any developments on the brick-and-mortar front.
Right now, we only sell at mathproud.com and through our Facebook and Instagram page.
If you bought it from mathproud.com, then you know you are getting a truly unique Math Proud original.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
Our base of operations is situated in Brooklyn, New York, within a brownstone building. We have transformed one of the floors into our studio, and we also rent additional space from a nearby storage facility. For physical mail correspondence, we use a P.O. Box with the address Math Proud! P.O. Box 160373 Brooklyn New York. Although this may not be the most optimal way to conduct business, we believe that every order brings us a step closer to realizing our dream of acquiring our own space. As they say, one must crawl before they can walk.
